Scope of Work: As a group we designed most of the interior but focused more on the wet module. We created 2 options for the wet module; one included the existing circular soaker tub found in the shed. We were able to show that the module is versatile and that the whole interior can be customized. We were able to create a living space that is dynamic, movable, sustainable, and can be customized to the client’s liking.

Challenges: We started by designating each member to design one distinct part of the house and all of a sudden we had more than one option for the wet module. We could not decide which one to choose so we keep both to demonstrate that there could be more than one way to lay out a floor plan-especially for this type of project. Design details were determined and adjustments were made each week to ensure the SIP’s, kitchen/fireplace, framing, etc were done correctly to ensure that there were no confusion.

Timeline: Presently (April 11), we have completed one option of the 3D rendering of our wet module design. Our goal is to finish the 3D of the rest of the spaces, finish the details and working drawings as well as working consistently with the other members of our Sunday team.
